Ingredients:

 

1 Package Richard’s® Cajun Country Andouille Sausage Links

Tabasco® Brand Pepper Sauce to Taste

1 Package Frozen or Refridgerated Hash Brown or Cubed Potatoes

1/2 Small Onion

1/3 Bell Pepper

3 Eggs

2 Tbsp Vegetable oil

Evangeline Maid Bread

Salt & Pepper to Taste

 
 

 

Directions:

 
  1. Cook in separate pans and assemble to enjoy.

  2. Follow cooking instructions on Hash Brown Potato package.

  3. Slice and follow heating instructions for Richard’s® Andouille Sausage.

  4. Dice onions and bell peppers. Sauté in hot oil until onions are tender and translucent.

  5. Cook eggs sunny side up or to your preference.

  6. Assemble all and drizzle Tabasco® pepper sauce to taste.

  7. Serve with toasted Evangeline Maid Bread.
