Pesto Turkey with Cheddar & Sprouts

8 slices Evangeline Maid bread

1 pound sliced smoked turkey

4 tablespoons pesto

1 avocado, thinly sliced

8 thin slices beefsteak tomato

1 cup sprouts

4 slices cheddar cheese




  1. Evenly spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on 4 pieces of bread, then add 2 slices of tomato, ¼ of the sprouts, a few slices of avocado, 2-3 slices of folded turkey and a slice of cheddar.

  2. Add the top piece of bread, slice and serve.
