Time: 15-20 minutes
4 slices Evangeline Maid Bread, lightly toasted
2 Beef Polska Kielbasa Sausages
4 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
deli style sliced garlic pickles
Using a grill on medium heat, place the sausages away from the direct heat and cook for 10-15 minutes. For grill marks, grill over direct heat for the last 3-4 minutes. (Add wood chips for a smoky flavor)
To plate, add some of the spicy brown mustard to each piece of bread. Slice the sausages in half and then add one piece of sausage to the middle of each piece of bread.
Add a slice of pickle and fold the bread to hold the sausage. Serve hot.
