Cajun Turkey Sandwich

8 slices Evangeline Maid Bread

¾ pound sliced deli-style Cajun Smoked Turkey

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon creole seasoning

2 teaspoons lemon juice

4 large pieces green leaf lettuce

4 slices Colby Jack cheese




  1. In a small mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, creole seasoning and lemon juice. Mix to evenly combine.

  2. Add some of the creole mayo to 4 pieces of the bread and then add a slice of Colby jack over the top. Add a few folded slices of Cajun turkey and the lettuce. Add the top piece of bread, slice and serve.
